Step 1 - Introductory Phone Call
This 15-30 minute phone call gives us a chance to see if we’re the right fit for each other. You can ask any initial questions, and we’ll get a sense of your needs. If we feel we’re not the best match, we’ll happily refer you to someone better suited to help.

Step 2 - Discovery Meeting
In this meeting, we’ll take a deep dive into your financial situation, goals, and concerns. It’s your opportunity to ask more detailed questions about our approach, and we’ll share how we can best support you. The goal is to understand your unique needs so we can craft a plan that works for you.

Step 3 - Analysis Meeting
Using the information from the Discovery Meeting, we’ll present your initial financial plan. We’ll highlight any gaps in your current financial strategy and show you how we can help improve those areas. Our goal is to provide value that far exceeds our fees. You’ll leave this meeting with a clear understanding of what it will take to reach your financial goals.
At the end of this session, we’ll ask if you’re ready to move forward or if you’d like more time to decide.

Step 4 - Engagement Meeting
If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll answer any lingering questions and walk through the paperwork to officially become a client. We make this process smooth and straightforward so you can feel confident about taking the next step.

Step 5 - New Client Meeting
In this meeting, we’ll introduce you to your personalized client portal, where you can easily access all your important financial information. We’ll also review your Financial Roadmap, outlining your priorities over the next 12–18 months.

Step 6 - Regular Progress Meeting
Depending on your needs, we’ll meet 1–3 times a year to keep your financial plan on track. These meetings will focus on your evolving goals and any adjustments needed to optimize your financial plan over time. You’ll receive ongoing support, so you’re never left wondering what comes next.
